LC Castables offer high bulk density, lower water requirements for mixing, and excellent resistance to slag penetration and chemical corrosion. Their enhanced particle packing and reduced CaO content improve their performance at elevated temperatures, providing better thermal shock resistance and increased longevity.
These castables are widely used in steel and cement industries, non-ferrous metal processing, petrochemical plants, and power generation units. They are suitable for applications such as ladles, furnaces, linings, rotary kilns, and other high-heat zones where conventional castables may fail.
